Last updated October 14, 2026

These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") apply when you buy PIKARI products on the English version of our website, in US dollars, for delivery in the United States. They are a contract between you and Power Tic LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("PIKARI", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you accept them.

In short: you must be at least 18 years old with a US delivery address, prices are in US dollars with import duties included, sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it, shipping is included in the price, and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. An item that arrives damaged or turns out to be defective is replaced or refunded at our cost, even if you have used it. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not take away your right to go to court or to join a class action.

1. Who we are

PIKARI is a brand of Power Tic LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, Wyoming filing number 2026-002104497. Email: jazza95@hotmail.fr. Full details are on our Seller Information page.

Orders delivered in Japan are sold on our Japanese website, in Japanese yen, under separate Japanese terms (利用規約).

2. Who can buy

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • Orders placed on this website can only be delivered to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, D.C., as described in our Shipping policy.
  • We sell to individual customers, for their own use or as a gift, not for resale. We may limit the quantity of a product per order.
  • Please give us accurate contact and delivery details. We use them to deliver your order and to reach you about it.

3. Our products

  • Product information: each product page shows what is in the box, how to use the product, its specifications and its safety information. Please read it, and our Product Safety page, before you order.
  • The camera: a pocket digital camera for photos and video, with an LED ring light around the lens, a screen that flips up 180 degrees, and a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It comes with a memory card already inserted, a USB card reader, a USB-C charging cable, a pouch, a wrist strap and a quick start guide. A USB power adapter is not included: you can charge the camera from a standard USB power adapter or a computer's USB port.
  • Photos and video: how your pictures turn out depends on the light, the distance, the settings you choose and how steady the camera is. The images shown on camera screens in our product photos are examples only.
  • The case: made to fit the PIKARI ring light camera. It closes with a magnetic flap and comes with an adjustable, detachable strap.
  • The beaded strap: a decorative wrist strap with beads and a flower charm. It fits the PIKARI camera and most phones and keys with a strap loop. It contains small parts.
  • Photos of our products: we show our products as faithfully as we can, but colors look different from one screen to another, and the shade of the beads and of the case can vary slightly from one batch to the next. People, outfits and other props in our photos are not included.
  • Not toys: our products are made for teens and adults. None of them is a toy.

4. Prices, sales tax and duties

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD). Each product has one price, shown on its product page.
  • Our prices include import duties. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
  • Our prices do not include sales tax. Where the law of the state you ship to requires us to collect sales tax on your order, we calculate it from your delivery address and show it at checkout, as its own line, before you pay.
  • We do not collect sales tax in every state. Where we do not, your purchase may still be subject to use tax in your state, unless it is exempt. Your state's tax department can tell you more.
  • We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.
  • If a price or a product description on our website is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected order before it ships. We will tell you and refund everything you paid.

5. Orders

  • Online payment is being set up. Until it opens, no order can be placed and nothing can be charged on this website. These Terms apply to every order placed once it opens.
  • Before you pay, the checkout page shows each item, its quantity and price, shipping (included in the price), the total before sales tax, how any sales tax is added, the payment methods, the estimated delivery, and how cancellations and returns work, with links to these Terms and our policies. Please check them carefully.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We email you an order confirmation once your payment is authorized. Your order is accepted, and the contract between us is formed, when we send that email.
  • We may decline or cancel an order before it ships if we suspect fraud, cannot verify the payment, cannot deliver to the address given, or if a product is no longer available. If we do, we will tell you and refund everything you paid within 7 business days.

6. Payment

  • When online payment opens, you will be able to pay with: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Your payment method is charged when you place your order. Every order is a one-time purchase. We do not sell subscriptions and we never charge you again automatically.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Shipping, delivery and risk of loss

  • Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. That stays true whatever the order contains, even if it ships in more than one package.
  • We ship your order from our partner warehouse overseas within 1 to 3 business days after it is confirmed. Transit then takes 7 to 12 business days, so most orders arrive about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates.
  • Cameras travel with their lithium-ion battery inside, under the carrier rules for batteries contained in equipment. See our Shipping policy.
  • If we cannot ship within the time stated, we will tell you before that time runs out and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires. See Shipping delays.
  • Ownership of the products, and the risk of loss, pass to you when the carrier delivers your order to the address you gave us. If a package is lost or damaged before delivery, we replace or refund it.

Full details are in our Shipping policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Canceling an order

You can cancel your order at any time until it ships by emailing us with your order number. We refund the full amount you paid, including any sales tax, within 5 to 10 business days. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can return eligible items under Section 9.

9. Returns and refunds

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A defective or damaged item is replaced or refunded, even after use. For a change of mind, the item must be unused and complete, with everything that came in its box, and you pay the return shipping. For an item that is defective, damaged or wrong, we pay the return shipping. To return an item, email us first: we send you the return address and instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy, which is part of these Terms.

10. Limited warranty: defective, damaged or wrong items

This is a limited warranty. It applies to every product you buy from us on this website, for you as the buyer.

  • What it covers: an item that arrives damaged; an item with a defect in materials or workmanship, for example a camera that does not switch on, charge, take pictures or light its ring light when used as instructed, a screen or hinge that does not work, a memory card that the camera cannot read, a case whose flap or clips do not hold, or a strap whose cord or clasp breaks in normal use; a missing part; and an item that is not what you ordered.
  • How long: this limited warranty covers problems you report to us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem. It covers you even if you have already used the item.
  • What we do: we send you a replacement, subject to availability, or give you a full refund of the item, as you prefer. If we need the item back, we pay for the return shipping. If a camera's battery is swollen, leaking, very hot or damaged, do not ship it: tell us and we will settle your claim from photos.
  • What it does not cover: normal wear; scratches or damage that happen after delivery, for example from a drop, water, sand, heat or crushing; damage caused by using a product against its instructions, such as charging the camera with a faulty or unsuitable charger; a camera that has been opened or modified; and the loss of photos, videos or other data (see Section 12).
  • How to claim: email jazza95@hotmail.fr with your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos or a short video of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. We reply within 2 business days. The warrantor is Power Tic LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It is in addition to the implied warranties described in Section 11, and it does not shorten them. If a problem appears more than 30 days after delivery, please contact us anyway: the implied warranties of your state may still apply.

11. Implied warranties

Every product you buy from us comes with the implied warranties that the law of your state gives you and that cannot be excluded, such as the implied warranty of merchantability (that a product is fit for the ordinary purpose for which it is used). We do not disclaim them and we do not shorten how long they last. Nothing in these Terms takes away any warranty right that the law gives you.

Separately from the products you buy, the website itself and its general content are provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we correct errors when we find them.

12. Your photos, videos and the memory card

  • The camera stores your photos and videos on its memory card. Memory cards and electronic devices can fail, be lost or be damaged, so please copy the photos and videos you want to keep to another device regularly.
  • We cannot recover photos, videos or other data. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for their loss, including when a camera or a card is replaced, repaired or sent back to us. This does not affect your rights if a loss is caused by our own negligence or by a defect for which the law makes us responsible.
  • Before you send a camera or a memory card back to us, copy anything you want to keep, then erase the card. If a card still holds photos or videos when it reaches us, we only look at it as far as needed to check a reported problem, we never copy or share its content, and we erase it.
  • You are responsible for the photos and videos you take and how you use them. Please respect other people's privacy, ask before you photograph or film people, and follow local rules in places where photos or filming are not allowed.

13. Using our products safely

Please follow the quick start guide, the instructions in the box and our Product Safety page. In particular:

  • the camera has a built-in lithium-ion battery: charge it with the cable supplied and a standard USB power adapter or USB port in good condition, do not leave it charging unattended or under a pillow, keep it away from heat and water, and stop using it if it swells, gets very hot or smells unusual;
  • do not shine the ring light straight into anyone's eyes at very close range, especially babies and animals;
  • the beaded strap is not a toy and contains small parts: keep it, and the memory card, away from children under 3, never wear the strap around the neck and do not swing the camera by its strap;
  • never use the camera while driving, cycling or doing anything that needs your full attention;
  • never put the camera or its battery in household trash: recycle it as described on our Product Safety page.

14. Intellectual property

  • The PIKARI name and logo, the website design, and its text, photos and graphics belong to Power Tic LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may view and print pages of this website for your personal use. Please do not copy, reproduce, sell or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Buying a product does not give you any right to use the PIKARI name or logo.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it, such as liability for personal injury or property damage caused by a defective product, or for our gross negligence, fraud or willful misconduct. Nothing in them takes away your rights under the consumer protection and implied warranty laws of your state either.

Subject to that, and only to the extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website or the products you buy from us; and
  • our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. If you live in New Jersey, this section applies only to the extent permitted by New Jersey law.

16. Governing law and where claims are heard

These Terms, and any dispute about them or about an order, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any law of your state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.

You may bring a claim in any court that has jurisdiction where you live, including small claims court, or in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming. If we ever need to bring a claim against you, we will bring it in the courts of the county where you live.

17. Resolving a problem

Most problems are settled quickly by email. If something has gone wrong, write to us at jazza95@hotmail.fr with your order number, what happened and what you would like us to do. We reply within 2 business days.

  • Informal resolution first: before either of us starts a court case about a dispute relating to these Terms or an order, the one who has the dispute sends the other a short written description of it: you to our email address, we to the email address used for your order. We then both try in good faith to settle it for 30 days after it is received. Any time limit for bringing the claim is paused during those 30 days, to the extent the law allows. This step does not apply to small claims court, which you can use at any time.
  • Government agencies: nothing in this section stops you from contacting a government agency at any time, such as your state Attorney General or the Federal Trade Commission.
  • No arbitration and no class action waiver: these Terms do not require arbitration. If we cannot settle a dispute, either of us may go to court as described in Section 16, and nothing in these Terms takes away your right to bring or join a class action.
  • Payment disputes: nothing in these Terms limits any right you have with your card issuer or payment provider, such as the right to dispute a charge.

18. Notice for California users

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users of this website are entitled to the following consumer rights notice. This website is provided by Power Tic LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, email jazza95@hotmail.fr. There is no charge for using the website itself. The prices of our products and shipping are shown on the website and at checkout. To resolve a complaint about the website or an order, please contact us by email first. You may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

19. Using our website

  • You may use this website for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • Please do not misuse it: for example, do not copy or scrape its content in bulk, interfere with its operation or security, upload malicious code, place fraudulent orders or use it for any unlawful purpose.
  • Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
  • How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

20. Emails from us

You agree that we may send you order confirmations, shipping notices, delay notices and other information about your order by email, and that these emails meet any legal requirement for such communications to be in writing. We do not send marketing emails unless you sign up for them yourself.

21. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as storms, floods, fires, carrier disruptions, changes in the rules for shipping lithium batteries, or customs delays. Even then, we will tell you about any shipping delay and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund, as described in Section 7.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

23. General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Product Safety, Privacy and Cookie policies, are the entire agreement between you and us about your purchases on this website.
  • Severability: if any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: if we do not enforce a provision right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Transfer: we may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a company that takes over our business, and your rights will not be reduced. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
  • Headings: headings are for convenience only.
