We reply within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Email is the fastest way to reach us.
What to include
- Your order number, if you have one.
- The name and email address used for the order.
- The product or products concerned, with their color.
- A short description of what you need.
- For an item that arrived damaged, or does not work as it should: photos or a short video of the item, and photos of the packaging and the shipping label.
- To change a shipping address: the full new address. Please write as soon as possible, because we cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

- Returning an item, or an item that arrived damaged or defective: see Returns & Refunds. Please email us before you send anything back.
- Canceling an order before it ships: email us with your order number and "Cancel" in the subject line.
- A camera that gets very hot, swells or smells unusual: stop using it, do not charge it, and email us with "Safety" in the subject line. See Product Safety.
